Power is a challenging, constantly progressing series of postures, one flowing to the next, integrating breath, movement, tension and relaxation. Recommended for those who have done yoga before.

TIRISULA YOGA is a fusion Yoga style that we believe is ideal for today's modern world. It is based on the Ashtanga style but incorporates Vinyasa flow and aspects of power Yoga.
Tirisula is more demanding that Hatha Yoga and provides a gentle low-impact workout that tones the body and keeps it supple. At the Advanced level, participants do yoga asanas with their eyes closed.
Tirisula is not linked to any one Yoga master or spiritual system.
