Located at the third floor of Island Plaza Shopping Complex, The Forum Chinese Cuisine Restaurant serves Chinese fusion food. Serving authentic Cantonese specialties in plush surroundings the restaurant is a favourite place for local and foreign guests to enjoy exquisite cuisine and fine service.

Guests entering the restaurant will be greeted by our friendly staff who will escort them to their table. Both smoking and non-smoking areas are available and walk-in guests will be asked for their preference before being seated.

The Forum Chinese Cuisine Restaurant has a seating capacity of 500 guests and two Private Rooms and we are open for both lunch and dinner hours from Sundays to Saturdays.The food served at the Forum Restaurant will vary depending on the meal periods.

For lunch, businessmen may prefer a selection of traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum prepared by the Dim Sum Chefs rather than an elaborate Cantonese meal. During dinner a more extensive meal may be more suitable. The restaurant features traditional Cantonese specialties such as shark’s fin soup, “live” seafood and crustaceans as well as poultry and meat dishes. A wide selection of fresh vegetable and noodle dishes as well as desserts will complete the extensive a la carte menu in the restaurant. The menu itself will be changed every three months to give varieties to our customers.

The Chefs at the Forum Restaurant also offer seasonal and daily specialties in order to give the patrons a welcome change to the a la carte menu. Personalized menus, set menus and specialty menus are available and the well-trained service personnel will be able to assist in recommending dishes that are suitable to the guests’ palates.
