About Us

 

Global Ocean was founded by Mr. Teoh Kim Chye in 1970s and we have carved a reputation for ourselves having been established in the market for more than 30 years.

Trading and supplying almost everything, ranging from seafood and fresh vegetables to local restaurants, hotels, caterers and wet markets. Due to the market demand, Mr. Teoh then decided to move into manufacturing.
     
Our seafood division consists of cooked Surimi-based food and all kinds of frozen and dried seafood e.g. sea cucumber, shark fin, fish maws, salted fish, anchovies, etc. Cooked Surimi-based food has become so
     
popular over the recent years and we have increased our market share consistently. Currently our market share consists of majority food outlets all over Malaysia and in countries like Singapore, Australia, etc.

With the increased production capability and improved facility combined with our currently applied HACCP system, we are able to produce better quality and safer food for consumers. We shall be looking forward to introducing our products to the rest of the world.
